Happy Holidays from the Studio

As I sit down to write, I find myself at a loss for words.  This past year has pushed us to our limits, and beyond.  We have witnessed resilience, creativity, kindness and generosity like never before.  We have also seen that there is still so much work to be done to bring forth a more just, sustainable and equitable world.  And yes, many of us are weary and exhausted.  It’s time for a holiday.

Let’s celebrate… our accomplishments (big and small), and the fact that we’ve made it this far.

Let’s give thanks… for the incredible efforts and selfless acts made by so many. To the healthcare workers, frontline and service providers, teachers, parents, neighbours, friends, caregivers, colleagues. There are so many heroes among us.

Let’s look forward… to a time when we can gather again, find renewal in each other’s presence… and party like it’s 2019!

Let’s breathe… full, long, deep breaths.

However you find yourself spending time this holiday season, we wish you peace, rest and rejuvenation so we can start our collective journey into 2021 with renewed hope, energy and inspiration.

The Studio team will be unplugged and offline between December 19 - January 3rd.  We look forward to reconnecting with each and every one of you in the year ahead.

Warmth, light and health to you,

Lena

and the Studio Team: Skye, Sally, Amy, Latasha, Barb
