The Trico Studio supports clients through the design and facilitation of:
Systems change / collective impact;
Social innovation labs; and
Capacity building workshops related to social innovation and systems change.
Some of these clients are multi-stakeholder groups that are well into their work to transform the conditions that keep a particular social issue entrenched, including, for example:
Alberta Recreation and Parks Association (Collaborative for Healthy Eating Environments in Recreational Settings)
Dementia Network Calgary
Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Collective
Individual organizations are also bringing a systems lens to their work and are incorporating social innovation approaches. Silvera for Seniors is one such organization that we have the pleasure of working with and learning alongside. We are also partnering with faculty members who are designing their syllabi so students can learn through these live processes, and students are becoming involved directly with these initiatives through paid internships with the Trico Studio.
